How the cocktail comes to life

Plenty of ice, a chilled glass and attention to detail make all the difference.

Combine 35 ml MESAMIS London Juniper with 25 ml passion fruit purée, 25 ml pineapple juice, 25 ml vanilla syrup, 25 ml fresh lime juice and shake everything over ice.

Finished with half a passion fruit, the recognisable silhouette of the classic serve appears immediately. Alongside the cocktail, place a small (shot) glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine — et voilà!
